We keep a selection of our most popular colours in stock for quicker turnaround times. If your preferred colour is not currently available, it can be specially manufactured with an additional lead time of approximately 7 days.

Pole sleeves are sold in convenient sets of 4 matching sleeves, creating a consistent and professional appearance across your jumps. Customers are also welcome to mix and match colours and designs from our available range to create a unique look suited to their arena, event, or branding.

Sizing & Fit

Our pole fillers are manufactured in lengths of 2.4 m, 2.8 m, and 3.4 m, and are designed to fit poles with the following circumferences: 31 cm / 310 mm, 33 cm / 330 mm, and 35 cm / 350 mm.

The filler section can measure up to 60 cm, making it a great option for creating a fuller and more eye-catching jump design.

To ensure easy installation and removal, each sleeve is manufactured with an approximate 2 cm allowance. If you prefer a tighter, more tailored fit, this allowance can be reduced to 1 cm upon request. We can also manufacture sleeves in custom lengths to suit specific requirements.

Quality is at the heart of every sleeve and filler we manufacture. We use premium 550 gsm PVC sourced from a specialised supplier whose materials are engineered to provide exceptional tear resistance, tensile strength, and long-term durability.

In addition to being highly durable, our PVC offers UV resistance and flame-retardant properties, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. Compared to the commonly used 440 gsm PVC found elsewhere in the market, our 550 gsm material provides superior strength, longevity, and overall performance.
